By using rightfittutors.com, our app, WhatsApp or any Right Fit Tutors service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who we are
Right Fit Tutors (“we”, “us”) is a tutor placement service operating in Pakistan and serving online students worldwide. Contact: hello@rightfittutors.com.
2. Our role
- We connect parents and students with independent tutors, arrange demos and trials, collect fees from parents and pay tutors.
- Tutors are independent contractors. They are not our employees, agents or partners.
- We verify the documents tutors submit, but we do not guarantee a tutor’s teaching quality, a student’s results, or the accuracy of every detail a tutor provides.
3. Who can use our services
- Parents and guardians must be 18 or older. Students under 18 may only be registered by a parent or guardian.
- Tutors must be 18 or older and legally able to work in Pakistan (or in their own country for online tuition).
- You must give true and complete information. False information may lead to account removal.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for your login details and for all activity on your account.
- Tutor profiles and every profile edit are reviewed before going live. We may decline or remove any profile at our discretion.
5. Payments
All tuition fees are paid to Right Fit Tutors, not directly to the tutor. Fees, deadlines and refunds are set out in our Fees, Payments & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Tutors should also read the Tutor Policy, and parents the Parent Policy.
6. No direct dealing
- Any parent or tutor introduced through Right Fit Tutors must continue the arrangement through Right Fit Tutors. This applies during the tuition and for 12 months after it ends.
- A tutor who takes a Right Fit Tutors student privately, or who asks a parent for direct payment, will be permanently banned and their pending payouts may be withheld to recover our fees.
- A parent who hires a Right Fit Tutors tutor privately may be banned from our services and remains liable for any unpaid fees.
7. Blacklisting
We may suspend, blacklist or permanently ban any parent or tutor who breaks these terms, fails to pay, behaves abusively, harasses anyone, or puts a student or tutor at risk. See our Safety & Safeguarding Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for any loss arising from the acts, statements or conduct of a tutor, parent or student.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Right Fit Tutors in the 30 days before the claim.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Pakistan.
9. Privacy and cookies
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on our website. Continued use means you accept the changes.
11. Disputes and governing law
- Please contact us first. We aim to respond within 3 working days and resolve disputes within 14 working days.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
