Tutor Policy

By registering with Right Fit Tutors, you agree to work as an independent tutor under these terms, in addition to our Terms of Service and Fees, Payments & Refund Policy.

1. Independent status

1. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Right Fit Tutors. You are responsible for your own taxes, travel and teaching materials.
2. Registration does not guarantee any placement or income.

2. Documents and verification

1. You must submit your CNIC, latest degree or result, and a recent photo. Experience certificates are optional.
2. All documents must be genuine and your own. Forged or false documents lead to a permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities.
3. We may ask for further proof (references, a police character certificate) at any time.
4. Your profile goes live only after approval. Every edit you make goes back for approval.

3. Demos and trials

1. Demos and the 2–3 day trial are unpaid.
2. If the parent selects you, the joining date counts from day 1 of the trial and those days are paid as part of the first month.
3. Parent contact details shared with you are for that tuition only.

4. Fees you agree to

1. Placement fee: 50% of your first month’s salary, deducted before payout.
2. Commission: 5% of the monthly fee from month 2 onward, for as long as the tuition continues.
3. These apply to every new placement, including replacement placements.
4. An optional paid Featured listing is covered by the Featured Listing Terms.

5. Conduct

1. Be punctual and give the full agreed class time.
2. Never ask a parent for money, advance payment, gifts or extra fees.
3. Never accept payment directly from a parent. Direct dealing leads to a permanent ban.
4. Never take a Right Fit Tutors student privately, during the tuition or for 12 months after it ends.
5. Follow the Safety & Safeguarding Policy at all times.
6. Give at least 7 days’ notice before leaving a tuition.

6. Reviews

Only parents with a confirmed placement can review you. You may not write, buy or pressure anyone for reviews. See the Reviews Policy.

7. Removal

We may remove you from a tuition or the platform for misconduct, poor performance after feedback, false information, or any breach of this policy. Payouts follow the Fees, Payments & Refund Policy.

8. Your data

Your phone number, CNIC and documents are never shown publicly. See our Privacy Policy.
