3. What is shown publicly

1. Tutor profiles show name, photo, qualifications, subjects, area and approved reviews.
2. Tutor phone numbers, CNIC and documents are never shown publicly.
3. A tutor’s phone number is shared with a parent only when a demo, trial or online class is arranged. A parent’s address and number are shared with the tutor at the same stage.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the other party to a tuition (as above), payment providers that process transactions, and authorities where required by law or to protect someone’s safety.

5. Storage and security

1. Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
2. CNIC and documents are kept while your account is active and deleted within 12 months of account closure, unless we must keep them for a legal or safety reason.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@rightfittutors.com. We reply within 14 working days.

8. Children’s data

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page. Use of our services is also governed by our Terms of Service.
