At a glance: tutors register free. Right Fit Tutors keeps 50% of the first month’s salary as a placement fee, then 5% of the monthly fee from month 2 onward. Parents pay only the agreed tuition fee, in advance, within 5 working days.
1. Key terms
- Demo: a free first meeting or class with a shortlisted tutor.
- Trial: 2–3 days of teaching after the demo. Free for the parent and unpaid for the tutor.
- Confirmed placement: the parent selects the tutor at the end of the trial.
- Joining date: the first day of the trial. The 30-day cycle and salary count from this date once the placement is confirmed.
- Working day: a scheduled teaching day. A month has 24 working days (6 days a week, Sunday off) unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Per-day rate: the agreed monthly fee ÷ 24.
2. Parent payments
- The full monthly fee is paid to Right Fit Tutors in advance, within 5 working days of the joining date.
- Each following month is paid in advance, within 5 working days of the new cycle starting.
- If payment is not received on time, the tutor will be withdrawn and the parent may be blacklisted. The parent still owes the fee for all days already taught.
- Payments are accepted only through the methods listed on our website. Never pay a tutor directly. Payments made to a tutor are not recognised by Right Fit Tutors.
- Bank and transfer charges are paid by the sender.
3. Tutor payouts
- The tutor is paid after each completed 30-day cycle, within 5 working days.
- First month: Right Fit Tutors keeps 50% of the first month’s salary as its placement fee.
- Month 2 onward: Right Fit Tutors keeps 5% of the monthly fee as commission, for as long as the tuition continues.
- Tutors are paid only from fees actually received from the parent.

4. If a tuition ends early
Parent removes the tutor after the trial
- The tutor is paid for the working days taught, at the per-day rate.
- If this falls in the first month, Right Fit Tutors keeps 50% of that amount as its placement fee.
- The parent’s unused balance is refunded, minus a 5% processing deduction.
Tutor removed for gross misconduct
- The tutor is paid for working days taught, minus Right Fit Tutors’ 50% share (or the 5% commission after month 1). Right Fit Tutors may withhold the payout fully if the misconduct caused loss or harm.
- Right Fit Tutors provides a replacement tutor free of charge.
Tutor leaves by choice
- The tutor must give at least 7 days’ notice.
- The tutor is paid for working days taught, minus Right Fit Tutors’ share. A tutor who leaves without notice may forfeit the payout for the current cycle.

5. Replacement tutors
- If a parent is unhappy with a tutor, we first investigate and give the tutor feedback.
- If the issue is not resolved, we provide a replacement tutor free of charge, normally within 14 working days. This may take longer depending on tutor availability.
- A replacement is a new placement. The new tutor’s first month carries the 50% placement fee, deducted from the new tutor’s salary. The parent pays only the agreed fee.
6. Online and hourly tuition
- Online students in Pakistan, the US, UK, UAE and elsewhere may book monthly or hourly.
- Fees can be paid in PKR, USD or GBP. Hourly classes are paid in advance as a block of hours.
- Unused prepaid hours are valid for 30 days. Unused hours may be refunded on request, minus a 5% processing deduction.
- Classes cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice by the student are counted as taught.
- The placement fee (50% of the tutor’s first 30 days of earnings) and 5% monthly commission apply the same way.
7. Refund rules
- Refunds are made within 10 working days of approval, to the original payment method where possible.
- Demo and trial periods are free, so no refund applies to them.
- Featured listing fees are non-refundable (see Featured Listing Terms).
