Parent Policy

By requesting a tutor, you agree to these terms, in addition to our Terms of Service and Fees, Payments & Refund Policy.

1. Your request

1. Give accurate details: student’s class, subjects, address or online setup, timings and budget.
2. The monthly fee or hourly rate is agreed and confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before the trial.

2. Payment

1. Pay the full monthly fee to Right Fit Tutors in advance, within 5 working days of the joining date and of each new cycle.
2. Late payment leads to the tutor being withdrawn and may lead to blacklisting.
3. Never pay the tutor directly or agree any side arrangement with them.

3. Respecting the tutor

1. Provide a safe, respectful learning environment, as set out in our Safety & Safeguarding Policy.
2. Do not ask the tutor for extra hours, extra subjects or extra students without agreeing it with Right Fit Tutors first.
3. Harassment, abuse or unsafe behaviour toward a tutor leads to a permanent ban.

4. Hiring privately

You may not hire a tutor introduced by Right Fit Tutors privately, during the tuition or for 12 months after it ends. If you do, you may be banned from our services and remain liable for all unpaid fees.

5. Complaints and replacement

Raise any concern with us directly. We will investigate, give feedback to the tutor, and if needed provide a free replacement (see Fees, Payments & Refund Policy, section 5).

6. Reviews

After a confirmed placement you can review your tutor. See the Reviews Policy.

7. Your data

Your address and number are shared with a tutor only when a demo, trial or online class is arranged. See our Privacy Policy.
