Reviews Policy

1. One review per placement, from the parent account linked to it.
2. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience with the tutor.
3. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, discriminatory, contain personal contact details, or are posted in exchange for payment or favours.
4. We do not edit the wording of a review. We either publish it or decline it.
5. Tutors may not write, buy or pressure anyone for reviews. Doing so leads to removal from the platform under the Tutor Policy.
6. Tutors may report a review they believe is false. We will check it and decide within 7 working days.
